A brokerage that writes things down

Since 2014

Lersire started as a rejection of the one-line listing.

Our founder spent eight years at a national franchise watching agents write "cozy" instead of "small" and "charming" instead of "original 1974 wiring." Lersire was built around a simple house rule: describe the property the way you'd describe it to a friend, not a search engine.

Today we operate across eighteen neighborhoods with a deliberately small roster of advisors — each one carries fewer active clients than industry average, on purpose, so every buyer and seller gets an advisor who has actually seen the crawl space.

What We Hold To

Principles, not slogans

Plain-language listings

No "must see." Every listing states square footage, year of last major renovation, known issues, and true monthly carrying cost before you ever schedule a tour.

One advisor, start to close

The person who shows you the house is the person who negotiates the offer and sits with you at closing — no handoffs, no repeating yourself.

Fair housing, without exception

We market and show every listing in strict accordance with the Fair Housing Act. Advisors complete annual fair-housing training as a condition of employment.

Data over adjectives

Pricing recommendations are built from comparable closings and days-on-market trends, not gut feel — and we show sellers the underlying numbers.
